Returns & Exchanges: The Landing Guarantee
At Stick & Rudder Coffee Co., we want you to love every cup. However, because coffee is a perishable food product, we have a few specific guidelines for returns:
1. Coffee Beans
Due to the nature of food safety, we cannot accept returns on roasted coffee. However, if there was an error with your order (wrong roast sent) or if you are genuinely unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right—whether that’s a replacement or a store credit.
2. Merchandise & Gear (Apparel, Mugs, etc.)
We accept returns on unused, unwashed merchandise in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase.
- Return Shipping: Unless the item arrived damaged, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Damaged Items: If your gear arrives "grounded" (damaged during transit), please take a photo and email it to us at returns@stickandruddercoffeeco.com immediately so we can send a replacement at no cost to you.
3. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return or report an issue with your "cargo," please reach out to our crew at returns@stickandruddercoffeeco.com. Please include your order number and a brief description of the issue.
