To our friends, neighbors, and fellow adventurers,
They say that in aviation, you never truly stop being a student. No matter how many hours you have in your logbook, the magic always comes back to the "stick and rudder"—the fundamental basics of flight that keep you connected to the machine and the sky.
That’s exactly why we started Stick & Rudder Coffee Co. For years, some of our favorite moments haven't just been at altitude, but on the ground—in the hangars, on the flight line, and around kitchen tables—sharing stories over a cup of coffee. We realized that whether you’re preparing for a cross-country flight or just preparing for a Monday morning, the ritual is the same. We all need a moment to ground ourselves before we take off.
We built this company on three simple pillars that guide every batch roasted and bag sold:
- Precision: Because the "basics" deserve to be done perfectly. The roasting profiles are treated with the same discipline a pilot brings to a pre-flight checklist.
- People: Because coffee is the ultimate connector. We aren't just selling beans; we’re building a hangar for our community here in Arkansas and beyond.
